Chapter I

Once Upon a Meadow…

Every story begins somewhere. This one begins on a trail, with no map, no destination you have to reach, and nothing you have to become. Just a place to be curious, and a little room to wander.

Chapter II

The Path Less Familiar

Imagine wandering down a trail and stumbling across a meadow you didn’t know was there. Some things are familiar right away. The grass, the flowers, the sound of water somewhere nearby. And then you start looking a little closer. There’s a plant you’ve never seen before. Something growing beneath the shade. A path you hadn’t noticed yet. The longer you wander, the more there is to discover.

I think people are a little like that.

Chapter III

The Things We Carry

There are parts of yourself you know really well, and others you may not have had the space, safety, or curiosity to explore yet.

Some things have been shaped by expectations, relationships, culture, fear, change, and everything you’ve lived through. Some seasons were hard. Some left marks. Some simply left you different than before.

Like bark, those layers tell a story. They aren’t proof that something is broken. They’re part of the texture of being a person who has lived a life.

Chapter IV

What Grows Unseen

Some things have been there quietly growing all along. Sometimes you notice a new interest, a value, a desire, a way of relating, an identity, or a perspective you hadn’t made room for before.

Those discoveries can be joyful. They can also be confusing, complicated, or unexpected. There’s room for all of it here. Play, imagination, creativity, and self-expression can be ways in, and so can quiet, honest conversation.

  • What feels familiar?
  • What surprises you?
  • What belongs to you?
  • What do you want to nurture?
  • What might you be ready to let go of?
  • What else is waiting to be discovered?

Chapter V

The Meadow Was Yours All Along

The meadow isn’t somewhere you have to reach to be healed, worthy, or complete. It’s you: every familiar, unfamiliar, complicated, and evolving part. It doesn’t have to look a particular way, bloom constantly, or be free from difficult weather.

There isn’t a “right” version of you hiding somewhere in the meadow that therapy is supposed to uncover.

You get to discover what’s yours.

That is The Hidden Meadow.

You get to wander. You get to wonder. You get to decide what you do with what you find.

Chapter VI

An Invitation, Not an Expectation

I’m not the owner of your meadow, and I don’t decide what it should become. I’m a collaborative guide: someone who walks alongside you as you explore your experiences, values, emotions, relationships, identities, and possibilities. You keep the say in what it all means and what you do next.

Therapy here is thoughtful, clinically grounded, and shaped around you. We’ll choose how we work together based on your needs, preferences, and what fits the work we’re doing.

Playfulness and imagination are invitations, not requirements. You don’t have to enjoy fantasy, creative activities, or metaphors to work with me. Therapy can also be direct, practical, structured, serious, or skills-focused, always within clear professional boundaries.
